    Quartz minerals are mined, ground and bound together with resin and under intense pressure and heat, the engineered quartz slab is created. During the process, colors are added to give your quartz a beautiful aesthetic. VIVA surfaces are blended at a ratio of up to ~90 percent natural quartz.
  • How to take care of VIVA quartz countertops?
    - Use a damp, soft cloth with warm water and soap or non-abrasive cleaner. Scrape away adhered food, gum or nail polish with a putty knife, then clean. VIVA is resistant to cracks, scratches and stains. - VIVA’s non-porous nature resists staining, eliminates the need for sealing and reduces bacterial growth. - Place hot cookware on hot pads to avoid temperature damage. - Use cleaning products between pH 5-11 to avoid surface damage. - For more details, please check out our Product Maintenance guide here.
  • How durable is VIVA?
    VIVA is resistant to cracks, scratches and stains. However, like most materials, excessive force and/or pressure from objects can damage the surface. To keep its shine and luster, we always recommend using a cutting board and a hot pad when cooking.
  • Can I cut on my VIVA countertop?
    VIVA surfaces are highly scratch resistant; however, avoid using sharp objects such as sharp knives or screwdrivers directly on the surface. The use of a cutting board is always recommended.
